Aside from a few times, MBC′s The Night Watchman′s Journal stayed on top of the ratings charts for Monday and Tuesday night, and its finale episode was no different.
For its last episode on October 21, The Night Watchman′s Journal recorded 12.5 percent, a good result in a time of ratings drought.
While it finished first in TV ratings, The Night Watchman′s Journal was not free of criticism with reporters and viewers pinpointing its disappointing production and obvious storyline. Some praised the actors for making the drama what it became in the end.
Following The Night Watchman′s Journal will be Pride and Prejudice, starring Baek Jin Hee and Choi Jin Hyuk.
