[TRANS] 4 Years Ago, SM's 23 November 2010 Official Notice of TVXQ's Return as the Duo of Yunho and Changmin

The Year of 2011, TVXQ is returning to everybody's side!

"Hello, this is SM Entertainment.

Following the breakaway of the trio of the TVXQ members and a successive string of events, we SM Entertainment (referred to as "SM" thereafter) had proceeded to refrain from conducting any music activities for the two members, U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin, for a long period of time of more than a year. 

For the sake of the two members who say that they want to protect "TVXQ" and the hearts and dreams of the company, and additionally, while thinking of the hearts of all the fans who are giving love (to TVXQ) consistently without any change, we had waited for a long time. 

Just as appeared in the ruling on the injunction, TVXQ's activities have to be conducted at SM. 

Despite that, even if it is regrettable, the trio is consistently maintaining their position on not responding on the issue regarding the activities as TVXQ which SM has proposed. 

Accordingly, following the conclusion of a long deliberation by us, we have come to make the decision as follows below.

For the sake of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin who have maintained / protected their own places constantly as ever and have not given up on the dream called "TVXQ" (my own emphasis), and in order to ensure that the "TVXQ", which (we have) preciously created for a really long period of time, continues on, we have decided to step out to protect / maintain "TVXQ" together with the two members. 

This is because we have adjudged that "TVXQ" has to continue, regardless of whatever kind of issues arising, even if just for the sake of the love and belief of the numerous fans who have created TVXQ together (with us) to this day during that period of time. 

However, we are not going to rule out whatever kind of possibilities which may exist in the future.

In addition, specifically on the issue of "TVXQ" stepping out to proceed and continue on, we are of the view that this is the best way to repay all the fans who love and are waiting for "TVXQ". 

In our capacity as the very originators who have worked together for the birth and growth / development of "TVXQ", we SM are going to step out to protect "TVXQ" in the future too. 

Alongside that, we will not be leaving any ounce of reserve of all the supporting resources and diligent effort (i.e. we will be doing our best and going all out) for the activities of "TVXQ" which will be unfolding soon, and will be putting in every ounce of strength of us into it.

The year of 2011, please show a lot of anticipation and give a lot of warm support to "TVXQ" who are finally making their comeback."
