[TRANS] 141119 National Assembly Library (Library of Congress), Appointment of U-Know Yunho as the Promotional Ambassador for Knowledge Sharing

On 19 November, the National Assembly Library (library director Hwang Chang Hwa) held the appointment ceremony after having chosen group TVXQ's leader U-Know Yunho as its knowledge sharing promotional ambassador.

The appointment ceremony on this day took place in the following sequence, with the presentation of the appointment plaque and the lifetime library card and the photo time thereafter.

In the future, U-Know Yunho is scheduled to step out in activities which promote the societal dissemination of the services advocated by the National Assembly Library jointly with the citizens and the society.

The library director of the National Assembly Library, Mr Hwang Chang Hwa, said, "U-Know Yunho has been chosen as the knowledge sharing promotional ambassador. Just with his presence alone is sufficiently reliable / reassuring. Because overseas libraries are also seeing the flowing of the Korean wave, we have a lot of anticipation."

Prior to this, while having activities as promotional ambassadors for E-Government (2007) and Food for the Hungry International (2014), U-Know Yunho had left an imprint of a clean and intellectual image in the minds of the public. He is therefore receiving acknowledgement that he is suitable for and worthy of (being the ambassador for) the knowledge sharing services which the National Assembly Library is seeking to pursue.

The National Assembly Library has unveiled the appointment ceremony for the promotional ambassador, together with the National Assembly Library knowledge sharing homepage, and has plans to persuade many citizens, institutions and organizations to take part in the knowledge sharing services which allows the saving and sharing of knowledge and information.
