The opening ceremony of the Hallyu "Culture and Arts Street"at Baojen Street in Jeju will be on 26 Sept at 7pm KST. Congratulatory video messages from Hallyu stars who made handprints for the street, including TVXQ, will be shown at the opening ceremony.
