Due to the copyright and the venue regulation as well as the safety for everyone involving with the concert, we would like to announce the rules for participating“TVXQ! SPECIAL LIVE TOUR – T1ST0RY – IN BANGKOK” on 30 May 2015 at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani as follow;
- Photo, video and audio recording are strongly not allowed no matter by mobile phones, cameras, tablets and other recording devices.
- Selfie monopods, cameras, video cameras, polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devices are strongly not allowed in the concert. We will have the deposit point for you to deposit those devices. However, we are not responsible for damages of the devices. Therefore, we firmly recommend you not to bring them to the venue.
- Light sticks with over 30 cm, light or LED plates, paper bags as well as other cheering materials are strongly not allowed in the concert except official goods from SM Entertainment for TVXQ! SPECIAL LIVE TOUR – T1ST0RY. We will have the table for leaving those items in front of the gate before entering the concert. Please note that this is not the deposit point.
- Folding chair, mini ladder, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns and megaphones are not allowed in the concert. We will have the table for leaving these items in front of the gate before entering the concert. Please note that it is not the deposit point.
- All kinds of food and drink are not allowed in the hall except the non-alcohol products under Singha Corporation. The lid of the drink must be opened before taken in the hall.
- Alcohol beverage, drug, weapon, edge tool, explosive and any other dangerous items are not allowed in the concert.
- For standing zone (AL, AR), we will arrange the line by the ticket order (arrange by Seat Number) at 13.30 – 15.30. Those who come later than the stated time need to get in at the end of the line.
- The paper ticket is required for entering the concert. You can get the plastic ticket at Thai Ticket Major Counter at the venue from 13.00 – 18.00 or you can take it later at Thai Ticket Major 14 Outlets from 6 – 21 June 2015.
- We have the first aid area which will support you until the concert finishes. If you need help, please ask our staff at the concert to lead you to the first aid area.
- There is no station for accepting gifts for the artist.
*If violation occurs, we reserve the right to delete the images, videos and audios then ask the violator to leave the concert immediately.
